Our products are categorized as either in stock or pre-order items.
In stock items are usually shipped within 2–5 business days.
pre-order items are shipped within 7–20 business days.

Business days refer to weekdays (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays.

If your order is not shipped within 20 business days, we will issue a 20% discount on that order as an apology for the inconvenience.
